We from DisCoFlores Retail B.V. have decades of experience in various sectors of the flower industry. Since 2015 we specialize in the sale of cooler units for cut flowers.

Our target market and customers consist mainly of supermarkets and garden centers, but for example florists are more than welcome!

About cooling of cut flowers

​

Cut flowers are impossible to imagine the range of among others supermarket stores and garden centers. However, the sales results are often generally speaking marginally.

This is caused mainly by the fact that the cutflowers are not displayed at the right temperature which make the cut flowers ripen too fast and

applies especially to cut flowers like tulips, roses, carnations, lilies and freesias etc. These cut flowers by the way also represent the bulk of sales at supermarkets. 

As a result of this a lot of bunches of flowers have to be sold at a discount or in worst situation they go to waste.
